I have been practicing yoga already with my mum when being a little girl. Later in life, yoga has helped me to cure my back pain due to a sacrum move after giving birth to my three children.
I am a RYT 200 hours Vinyasa yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance after having received my training from Unit Yoga in Hamburg in 2015, a studio mainly influenced by Bryan Kest. Since then, I have taken further yoga trainings (Yoga for Kids, Yoga 50 plus, Accessible Yoga) and attended yoga retreats in Italy, Finland, France, Morocco and Spain. Since 2018, I am organizing Yoga Travel&Treat in Croatia, in the Finnish Archipelago and in Italy (from October 2020 on).
You have come to the mat for a reason. However, you might not always be aware of what exactly it is you are looking for. Also, your motive to practice yoga might differ from one day on the mat to the next, depending on your mental and physical strength.
